What data is collected

The quote form collects your name, email, phone number, the site's postcode, and whatever project details you provide (dimensions, preferred timing, message, optional photos).

What this data is used for

miroir-fer-forge.fr is a lead-generation service (see our legal notice): your contact details and project information are used to review your request, then shared with one or more qualified professionals so they can contact you directly — never for other third-party marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Recipients of your data

Your data is intended for NEWP, as well as the qualified professional(s) to whom your request is forwarded for a survey, a quote and, where applicable, fabrication and installation. These professionals are independent of NEWP and become responsible for the data you subsequently provide them directly (during the on-site survey, for instance). Submitting the quote form requires explicit consent, via a checkbox, to this transmission.

Third-party form provider

This site's form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that relays requests to our email address (contact@newp.fr). FormSubmit only processes the data for the duration of the send — see FormSubmit's privacy policy.

Retention period

Quote requests are kept for 3 years from the last contact with you — the maximum period recommended by France's data protection authority (the CNIL) for prospecting data — then deleted. A different period may apply once a quote becomes a paying customer, to meet accounting and warranty obligations.

Your rights
