Terms of Service

Purpose of the service

miroir-fer-forge.fr, published by NEWP (see legal notice), is a lead-generation service connecting users with a custom wrought iron mirror project to qualified professionals (glaziers, ironworkers) independent of NEWP. NEWP does not fabricate or sell mirrors.

How the connection works

The user describes their project through the site's quote form. NEWP forwards this request to one or more qualified professionals, selected based on the nature of the project and the geographic area indicated. The professional(s) contacted then get in touch directly with the user, on their own initiative, to arrange a survey, provide a quote and, where applicable, carry out fabrication and installation.

Free of charge, no obligation

Requesting a connection through the form is free and creates no purchase obligation for the user. Quotes provided by the professionals contacted are also free, unless they explicitly state otherwise. The user remains free to accept, decline, or compare the quotes received.

NEWP's role and liability

NEWP acts as a connection intermediary and is not a party to any fabrication or sale contract concluded between the user and the professional(s) contacted. NEWP does not guarantee the availability of a professional for a given area or project, nor the content, timing or price of the quotes provided by these professionals. The contractual relationship concerning the fabrication of the mirror is formed exclusively between the user and the professional chosen.

User obligations

The user agrees to provide accurate information in the quote form, necessary for a relevant connection. They explicitly consent, via the checkbox provided, to their contact details and the information provided being shared with one or more qualified professionals — see our privacy policy for the detail of how this data is processed.

Changes to the service

NEWP reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the connection service, in particular depending on the availability of partner professionals.
